AMAZING...in every way. We've been working with T'ai for a few months now and he's nothing short of great. Fantastic food, extremely professional, personally very warm and thoughtful person. Delicious, healthy, thoughtful food, made without cutting corners and lots of love. We are a family with picky eaters and specific preferences. He accommodates all our asks. He's made our lives so so much better!
T'ai is a good chef. He cooked for my family and everyone has different needs. He was very accommodating. He was always on time and worked efficiently. It was always nice to have him around. My kids liked him and would always ask him questions about cooking. He was very patient. He cooked a variety of cuisines. He also did the grocery shopping and stocked the pantry. We would definitely hire him again.
Chef T'ai was great work with! Leading up to the event, he was highly responsive and committed to making sure the details of the event went well. He worked with us on building out a customized, Southeast Asian menu to our liking. During the day of the event, he and his partner for the day (Chef Justin) were timely and professional, and they brought a lot of positive energy to make for a great atmosphere for our dinner party!
We have been working with Chef T'ai for several weeks now and have loved having him cook for our family! The best part is being able to eat healthy, home cooked meals without any of the work =) Chef is extremely professional, responsive, and does a great job cleaning up when he's done with our kitchen. We have particularly loved his pastas and Asian dishes but his repertoire is large and we have had some yummy new dishes as well (like Peruvian stew!). Even our picky toddler will eat Chef's delicious dishes! Highly recommend Chef T'ai if you're looking to save time, eat healthy or just need a change of pace to your cooking routine.
I have had he opportunity to experience T'ai's cooking numerous times. I have always found the food to be tasty, nutritious and crowd pleasing. I recently had him cater an event for 25 people. It was an outdoor BBQ gig. The salads were fresh and unique. Everything well prepped in advance. The BBQ offered chicken, salmon and a veggie burger that was out-of-this-world. Besides being guaranteed good food, T'ai has a great table-side manner that will warm your heart! JOHNNY G
Having Chef Tai cook weekly for our family has been wonderful. He takes away all the stress of meal planning, grocery shopping, cleaning and cooking! On top of that, the meals we are eating have more variety while also being healthier while incorporating our families' dietary needs / preferences. Another big side benefit of Chef Tai's cooking is our monthly Doordash expense has plummeted!
Tai is an extremely professional chef and is able to cater his recipes to my preferences and needs very effectively. Not only did the whole house smell delicious from his food but the food itself was healthy, delicious and well rounded. He prepared the meals in a timely manner and left the house spotless. Would highly recommend Tai chef if you are looking to up your healthy eating game!
T'ai prepared a dinner party for 10, the food was thoughtful, delicious, and beautifully presented. He was great at communicating all dietary needs of the guests and the flow of the day. T'ai was a treat to work with.
